Friends of Rudy Rotter The Friends of Rudy Rotter or FORR is an organization to help ensure that Rudy's art is kept accesible for exhibition, education and enjoyment. In keeping with Rudy's dynamic view of the world, this Friends organization strives not only to preserve the Rudy Rotter legacy, but fosters the continued creation of art from locally available materials for children as well as adults and is an educational tool, unique to Manitowoc.A lot can be learned from Rudy's commendable example.
